I am a business coach. Usually, coaches have a different profession in the background. I am also a professional actor. I graduated from the Film School in Łódź and for years I worked intensively on theatre stages and film sets. At some point, I came to the conclusion that I had to take a step forward, develop, add something new to what I had been doing so far. I decided to start studying again and the world changed for me. I found a new passion: I develop people and organizations. I don't know if I changed my profession, because I still regularly play in the theatre and sometimes make a film, but I have definitely found new challenges. The world is rushing forward at a dizzying speed, our environment, habits and behaviors are changing. It's wonderful to try to understand this rush and help others accept it. Communication, relationships, influencing others, leadership – all this is what we are writing from scratch today. And we can't learn it by heart, because tomorrow it will probably be outdated. I love these changes; I also love the technology that can support development today so wonderfully.
