Maciek’s oversaw the firm’s successful expansion into European and US markets, including the acquisition of famed New York architect’s studio, Costas Kondylis.Before moving to Montreal, Maciek lived over 5 years in Switzerland where he worked as Development Manager for Clairmont Global LLC (a Hanover/MetLife joint venture entity based in Lugano), where he oversaw real estate asset management operations and conducted strategic development activity in Europe.Prior to his work in Europe, Maciek worked for JP Morgan Fleming's Real Estate Acquisition group in Houston and in Los Angeles, focusing on direct asset acquisitions in the United States' West Coast Region where he performed strategic acquisition analyses and underwriting in a pension fund advisory role, with over $3B in transactions across all property types.Maciek began his career in Houston with The Hanover Company's Capital Markets and Property Management groups, focusing on Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management across all major US markets.Maciek earned his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, NH, USA.
