I have been in the customer service industry for 17 years now. In those 17 years, I have been a Front Desk Associate, Property Management, and Bartender; most of those years, I have been a server. I enjoy providing excellent customer service and having the chance to make someone's day or night and give them a memorable experience. I am a single mother of two boys and am looking for a career and not just a job. I want more out of life than living off tip money or paycheck to paycheck. I also have experience using multiple tab windows (great with computers), multi-line phone systems, sales, upselling, call center, and dealing with angry and happiest customers. I also have experience using Microsoft office and word processors, typing, google suits, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding personality, and I have excellent time management and organizational skills. I have a routine and like to stay on schedule. However, I can adapt to any situation and am excellent with change. Leadership qualities, and work ethics are essential to me. I believe in hard work and TEAM. I can work alone or with a team and will have my work done professionally and correctly. I have always loved a challenge, and this is my challenge because this is new to me. I am eager to learn and develop new skills, and I have the drive for success!
