Performs full life-cycle recruiting for Cyber Security Research Engineers and Scientists, Systems Engineers, Information Systems Security Officers, and Software Developers and Engineers.Conducts intelligence preparation of the recruiting environment and performs a SWOT analysis to determine areas to sustain, improve, and those we can leverage to advantage. Provides an exceptional hiring experience and a conduit between the program and candidates to ensure all individuals are well-informed. Develops sourcing strategies and messaging to maximize candidate response and engagement.

-Served as the Operations Sergeant Major for the Great Lakes Recruiting Battalion consisting of 326 Soldiers, DA Civilians, and Contractors assigned within seven companies geographically dispersed over 44,000 square miles-Developed and distributed recruiting operation command communication throughout the organization to guide the battalion to mission success-Responsible for the performance of the BN Operations Cell, Detroit and Lansing Military Entrance Stations-Monitored production indicators and statistics; supervised administrative, moral, and medical waiver processing procedures-Analyzed regulatory guidance and prepared recommendation on all issues related to recruiting operations

The U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy is acknowledged by military and civilian organizations as the world's premiere institution for the education of non-commissioned officers, is accredited as an academic Institution of Excellence, and is a direct reporting unit to the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. The Academy is headed by a three-star level nominative command sergeant major and is supported by a world-class staff and faculty.The academy creates all curriculum for each level of the Army non-commissioned officer professional military education system, and plays a key role in the education of all enlisted leaders from corporal to command sergeant major in the active Army, Army Reserve and Army National Guard. It also trains members of our sister services and global allies. The Sergeants Major Course prepares senior non-commissioned officers to lead at the highest levels of the Army and Department of Defense.The U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy was founded in July 1972 and graduated its first students in 1973. Since that time, USASMA has graduated more than 120,000 Soldiers from various courses, and continually adapts to meet the needs of our nation's defense.

-Served as the senior enlisted advisor to the Company Commander (O4) of a Special Operations Recruiting Company-Responsible for recruiting Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF), Warrant Officer (WO) and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)-Advised the commander on in-service recruiting operations within the western United States, Pacific Command, and mission command of a decentralized company with four geographically dispersed recruiting centers-Managed an annual budget of more than $400K and accounts for government property valued at more than $200K-Responsible for the overall welfare and professional development of 37 Soldiers.
