Integral part of the integration of the NAAFN(North American Air Freight Network, old Emery Worldwide ) to the UPSCO (UPS Airline) in Middle and Eastern TN.The only person/station to score perfect on the UPSCO Air Audit out of over one hundred stations (UPS Cartage Services, Inc. )Successfully led and managed the addition of the Container Freight Station (UPSCO CFS; added several million dollars of revenue to the station and job security to the labor workforce.Worked with the Technical Support Group (UPS) to integrate the DIAD IV into the NAAFN , as the first of three "flagship" stations, directly chosen due to UPS's keen awareness of my ability to support the initiative.Trained as a Dangerous Goods Acceptance Auditor which required successful completion of a week's long strenuous training course at the Air Hub; Work with management team composed of two other supervisors, an Operations Manager, and a General Manager Support sales reps in opening new accounts and upgrading existing service.Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges.Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service.
