At Crooze I'm in charge of making sure customers are provided with a seamless experience with our site. I'm in charge of answering customer questions, solving disputes, processing warranties and returns, informing customers of issues with their orders, and contacting our numerous suppliers for updates on stock, shipments and new products.This role requires an extensive knowledge of bikes and our catalogue, as well as research skills to quickly find niche information for customers asking questions about specific parts and brands. I'm regularly kept on my toes and need strong time and project management skills in order to juggle multiple tickets at once, as well as chase up any cases or disputes we might have with suppliers and shipping companies.For a brief time I was in charge of content creation for Crooze, however our company has grown too busy for me to step away from customer support.

In this role I was tasked to use CAD software and 3D printing to design and develop medical devices according to the needs of our client. I was given the opportunity to work with one of Metro North Hospital's senior orthodontists and Senior Research Fellow to develop a new product. I used rapid additive manufacturing in the form of FDM and SLA printing to prototype mechanisms and designs for the product, and was able to develop a complex and well-thought-out protype over the course of the internship. During the internship, I was required to work independently, utilising CAD software to design an array of potential prototypes, and then present these designs to the orthodontist in regular meetings to discuss the direction of the project as well as changes and requirements that needed to be implemented.
