Mack Wolfgram is an Associate Vice President in Northmarq’s Chicago office, specializing in the disposition, acquisition and capitalization of retail, industrial and office properties nationwide, as well as multi-market portfolios, through direct sales, sale-leaseback, equity placement and structured repositionings. During his tenure with the Firm, Mack has personally been instrumental in over $1.5 billion of transaction volume. Mack spearheaded what is now one of his team’s most well-defined areas of expertise, the industrial outdoor storage (IOS) sector. Since 2016, Mack and his team have built an extensive track record with industrial outdoor storage and logistics properties as well as a niche specialty in heavy equipment rental assets, truck parking and terminals, and a broad range of similar low coverage industrial property types. Mack is truly an expert in this asset class and represents many of the most prolific owners and developers in the country. Beyond the purchase and sale of these assets, Mack has been an integral contributor to clients’ pitches to equity investors, provided countless hours of comps research, educated appraisers on the unique underwriting methodology applicable to these assets, and even developed relationships with prominent Tenants in the industry. Beyond his industrial outdoor storage expertise, Mack is well versed in both retail and traditional industrial assets. Having begun his career as an analyst supporting Northmarq’s top performing brokerage teams in Chicago, New York, and Tulsa, Mack built a strong foundation of knowledge early on in his career. He incorporated expertise from various senior brokers in numerous assets classes, which he has expended on as a top producer for his team.
