Responsible for the design and implementation of the global compliance initiatives for the Danaher Diagnostics companies including Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Cepheid, Radiometer, and Leica Biosystems. Leading a team of global associates in the execution of Third Party Due Diligence, Investigations, Policy Implementation, Audit and Monitoring, and Training initiatives.

Provided compliance operations and served as primary contact for a field-based commercial team of over 200. Proactively identified regulations and data requirements related to sales and marketing practices. Worked cross-functionally to develop and deliver training on policy updates for both internal and external audiences. Speaker program oversight including Sunshine Act and aggregate spend reporting. Built and maintained a comprehensive process of collecting, reporting, and tracking commercial compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
