+ In charge of the Firmware Compatibility Validation for 3DNAND's SSD products.+ Followup and close on different type of issues. + Propose and lead improvements on the processes in the lab and in validation.

+ Responsible of maintenance and development of applications in C# and SQL while learning on the fly using AGILE, SCRUM, JIRA, ALM/QC, SVN and GIT. Owner of desktop, console (service) and web applications, support stakeholders from multiple countries to develop fixes or new features.+ Coached and leaded several peer engineers and interns assigned to software sustaining. + Planned, lead and developed a project to update our main tools to a new server structure (with different API), had to synchronize and negotiate with different PMs and stakeholders. + Planned and lead a project to migrate DB and reporting tools from old structure to new service provided by 3rd party provider (similar API). + Developed console applications with new algorithms to sync databases reducing server calls from 16 to 6 and improving sync time by 55%. + Developed REST APIs for communication between off-site server and local applications. + From 2015 to 2016 stepped up as the Emergency Response Team Leader in charge of all brigades, site evacuation and drills.

+ Became one of the pilot members of a team that now is in charge of debug the Graphics Driver. Main function was to debug Graphics Driver on Windows systems for developing CPU chips and System on a Chip (SoC), specifically for Display components and later for any component both in Windows and few Android systems. + Planned, documented and lead a project to improve internal quality, resulting in a new debug reports process implemented through all the teams. + Traveled to Folsom site on 2013 for ~3 months to provide support for early testing in my expertise area for a new CPU chip. + Developed scripts to semi-automate tests and setups for Windows console and EFI shell.

+ Primary function on first 3 years was to execute manual tests to validate Display components of the Graphics Driver. + Member of the initiative and research of a tool designed to collect hardware, firmware and OS information . + Successfully trained and coached team members to ramp up on their jobs. + For 6 months leaded and provided support to start evening shift that later evolved to 2nd and 3rd shifts providing 24/6 availability.
