ArtMoves is a Public art project for Transport for NSW, inviting artists to transform the streets of Kensington and Kingsford.

Event management of annual dragon boat competition during the Sydney Chinese New Year celebrations, working with land owners and peak sporting body to produce a safe and enjoyable event.

Production managed one of Sydney's oldest festivals with deep roots in community engagement - The Newtown Festival in support of the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre and fundraising for the Inner Western Sydney's homeless. The festival had four stages, kids zone, writers tent, eco zone, 300 stall holders, dog show, food precincts and much more. During the festival, I site managed the entire area with a mostly volunteer team.

Event manager for large-scale outdoor events, including major City Christmas concert at Martin Place, Chinese New Year 2016 lantern festival, the City of Sydney’s entry in the Sydney Mardi Gras Parade 2016, Art & About Sydney projects Games + Actions (For a Quiet City) by Super Critical Mass and TUT by Shaun Parker & Company, and Capital Works park openings.

Coordinating a large team of staff and contractors on a nine-episode reality TV show, including booking all travel and accommodation; crew bookings and scheduling; location and personal releases, as well as CASA clearance for drone shooting; equipment logistics to remote locations; scheduling for large-scale shoots in regional areas; problem-solving undocumented processes.
