As an operations manager, I led a team of 40+ members to deliver exceptional operational efficiency through critical problem solving and system implementation. I applied my coaching and communication skills to motivate, train, and empower my team to achieve and exceed their goals. I am driven by a passion for environmental science and a mission to make a positive impact on the planet and people through the realization of the UN's Sustainable Development Goal 6. I have a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University where I studied national and international environmental policy implementation. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Mississippi, and I studied Spanish at the Universidad de Cádiz. I have experience with project management, field work, PowerBI, ARC GIS Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
