My name is Mackenzi Hackney and I'm a soon to be 21 year old. I'm a fraternal twin as well as being the second oldest of nine. I have a great amount of love for being around kids as well as having a big passion for Fitness. I've babysat most of my life helping my parents out with my siblings, watching my baby cousins, including watching family friends from newborn all the way up to the age of thirteen. Growing up I've always wanted to be a NICU nurse and having the privilege to help care for little ones. Although I do love the kids, my heart leans more over to the fitness side of myself. I have a dream of having my own fitness activewear line in the future and being able to help both males and females feel confident in the clothing they wear as well as being a certified personal trainer. I'm always up to help babysitting kids as well as helping other reach their fitness goals. I’m currently in the process of getting my personal training certification as well as my nutrition coach certification!

  Greeting members as well as guest while checking them into the club. Guiding potential members to the membership advisers and signing guests up if the membership team is backed up. Scheduling member complimentary fitness assessments and guiding them to buy personal training. Making shakes at the shake bar and helping our members get the right supplements they need for their nutrition. Enrolling guests and members into classes as well as showing them the clubs app and teaching them how to enroll themselves into the classes for future references. Hourly floor checks to make sure the club is not only clean and manageable to walk around, but also overall a safe environment. Ringing any late memberships out as well as fixing any billing problems the members may have on their accounts. Going into Edge kids and watching the infants or playing with the middle aged and older kids when they had little to no staff. Most importantly, interacting with the guests. getting to know them, and making sure their comfortable and doing well.
