In this role, I was in charge of managing over ten large projects, including managing costs, schedule, performance and over 15 individuals. I modified and directed ten project plans to meet organizational needs of value, growth, innovation, and structure. I orchestrated projects with strict timeframes as short as two days and budget constraints by solving complex problems and working closely with senior leaders. I developed implementation methodologies to rein in project costs while meeting key milestones. Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives by setting realistic timelines and checkpoints. I drove team success through a shared vision and recognition of quality performance resulting in high quality production meeting all project milestones. I developed executive presentations and reports for the CEO, president, and general manager to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement.

In this role, I identified appropriate marketing channels and target customers for senior executives to utilize to improve market research. I tracked retention rates, customers acquired, cycle times, and demand forecasting metrics and automated data models in spreadsheets for streamlined reporting. I analyzed data such as production and client numbers, production returns, sales of reorders, and job order returns from previous and current marketing campaigns to improve future results of profits, production methods, and industry presence. Involved in merchandising, distribution, and marketing campaigns. Executed time-based production and distribution of products. Monitored reports, analyzed data, tracking information and general management of warehouse. Designed client-specific layouts and color works for product launch campaigns and product production.

My role in this position was to act as a liaison between the organization and campus community. Direct and delegate all members of the organization involving 1,100+ students. Vote and present on behalf of the organization. Wrote annual reports to outline activities and achievements.
