Within this job opportunity I was able to work hand in hand with the school principle and help her put in information to the new software system that the school was going to be using for the upcoming semester. I was also able to talk to families and get information from them and use those communication skills.

I worked as a waitress and was able to learn good communication and customer service skills. As I worked there I was able to climb my way up and work at the cash register and handle the money that would come in for the day. This job taught me good time management and people skills.

I was able to work with animals who would come in to be boarded/put in daycare. I would feed and take care of the dogs that would come in on a daily basis. On occasion I would even be able to go in where the doctor was and help him with things that I was allowed to. This job worked on my ability to be able to multitask and complete multiple jobs at once. I learned how to be more organized and make sure that I was keeping everything in good condition.
