• Published and presented a social media-based competitive analysis of Daikin competitors. Analysis was used by Director of Marketing to establish a social media strategy for Daikin.
• Created a new product launch plan used for a 2018 new product launch. Plan will be leveraged as a template for future new product launches in 2018 and beyond

• Conducted competitive analysis of competitive and Daikin dealer and distributor locations through the Northeast US. Turned analysis into 10 maps, which were leveraged by the SVP of sales to inform future expansion of.
