• Published and presented a social media-based competitive analysis of Daikin competitors. Analysis was used by Director of Marketing to establish a social media strategy for Daikin. • Created a new product launch plan used for a 2018 new product launch. Analysis was used by VP of Marketing to inform future expansion plans. • Conducted competitive analysis of competitive and Daikin dealer and distributor locations through the Northeast US. Turned analysis into 10 maps, which were leveraged by the SVP of sales to inform future expansion of dealer/distributor locations.• Presented the above projects to the Sales Planning team including the VP of Sales Planning• Worked with other Interns on a group project that involved designing a hill in front of the new Daikin Manufacturing Center.
