In the field, for large animal Vet care, I was responsible for intake from client, updating file or making a new file for Vet, assisting and prepping for field surgeries, drawing blood for Coggins testing, drawing the markings on a horse for Coggins testing to be filed with the state, stocking the Vet Truck, and assisting the Vet with any task that she needed to accomplish. I wanted her to be with the client and patient as much as possible so when items were needed from the truck, I would be her runner.
