I have always been a very organized individual and I am not afraid to take charge and jump into the shoes of a leader. I have worked in customer service for 7 years with several promotions. In that time I created a welcoming and positive environment as well as establishing rapport with guests, coached/trained countless individuals in my role, and an ability to diffuse conflict.
