About Mackenzie Crabtree

Community engagement is a theme in both my professional and personal life. My experience stems from non-profit and association management, and event project management. I have a special place in my heart for helping others reach common goals and find the best versions of themselves and the organizations they represent. I thrive in scenarios where I can collaborate with others in a strategic setting. My peers and clients refer to me as practical and can count on me to make to strive for the most efficient outcomes. Currently I am an Events Manager at Innovatis Group, an Association Management Company, which has a unique niche on technology communities and their global conferences. I serve the International Avaya Users Group, Dell Women Entrepreneurs Network, Canon thINK Forum, and TLMI. In my free time I enjoy volunteering with organizations I care deeply about related to mental health, refugees, and the foster system to name a few.
