-Through the semester Ignite Fellowship I manage a small group of students multiple times a week and work on intervention based instruction. -I practice organizational skills and cultural relevancy to engage students in virtual activities.

- Lead 2-hour bystander intervention training using the One ACT semi-structured presentation.- Write group-relevant scenarios and facilitate small group discussions.

Through the DOA-CWYI summer internship program.

My colleague and I devised a campaign to raise awareness for marginalized groups on campus. - Introduced UNC NCPIRG to CSI: UNC, and explained our goals and potential projects. - Recruited and developed our first leadership team.- Held weekly informational meetings for campaign members. - Delegated events and responsibility to leadership, and assisted in their planning processes.

- Learned my strengths in adaptability and resilience in a high volume restaurant. - Set the record for sales of an individual server in one shift of $2,200.

At the OBCF I specialized in non-profit outreach and database organization. - Collected photos and designed an annual appeal flyer sent to thousands of local donors. - Wrote purpose statements for all designated and field of interest funds for our website. - Created a database with all local non-profit organizations to expand the reaches of our grants.- Observed grant board meetings where grant applications were reviewed.

I worked under the expertise of executive chef Drew Moore of the Culinary Institute of America. - Garnish, expedite and present food to our clientele with grace. - As host I pace our guests’ dining experience with the kitchen’s capacity and make reservations, following CDC COVID regulations and guidelines. - I operate our POS system for to-go orders.
