I quickly rose from a part-time barista to managing two cafe locations. My duties include running interviews, hiring, and training baristas to company standards. I manage all ordering, cash deposits, and schedule writing for two store locations all while balancing time to sling espresso on the bar! I have an updated Washington State Food Handlers and Mandatory Alcohol Serving Training cards. I have previous retail experience for Lush Cosmetics. For two years I worked as a shift supervisor; managing and analyzing the sales floor to provide the perfect customer experience. This position allowed me to completely cater to an individual's personal needs for skin care by providing exceptional information on cosmetics.
