My education, experience and passion make me an ideal Human Resources Professional.At Blackhawk Technical College and University of Wisconsin Platteville I acquired specific training in identifying and fulfilling a company’s needs of employment. In addition I was trained on preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, while ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS database applications.In my current job I carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment and filling the company’s employment needs, affirmative action and employment law compliances.
