Working closely with the Visitors Center and admissions office, I was part of a team of interns that provided virtual and in-person outreach to prospective students. I led the recruitment and social media sector of our outreach from 2020-2021; the following year, I transitioned to the leadership and accountability sector to organize schedules and develop training programs. In addition, I presented information sessions, panels, and question and answer chats. We also answered questions from students and parents through email, social media, and Zoom.

I reported on the Morningside Heights community as a member of the nation’s second-oldest continuously operating college newspaper, honing research, reporting, and fact-checking skills. At the Spectator, I collaborated with other student journalists to ensure transparency and accountability within the community.As sports editor, I helped guide coverage and handle content planning, as well as oversaw pitches, editing, training, and production.

At Wendt, I learned about all facets of the advertising industry, including marketing, account managing, creative, social media, art direction, and copy writing. I wrote copy for website and campaign materials, created new biographies for employees to be used in proposals, and contributed two blogs to website. This was also a fabulous opportunity to learn about strong, efficient management at Montana's premier advertising agency. I gleaned valuable skills about leadership and positive company culture.

I learned setup and filming techniques with sportscasters at KFBB and aided the live broadcast from the crosstown basketball game. In addition, I filmed basketball, swimming, and wrestling highlights. At the news organization, I worked on film editing and show-producing software. I also wrote stories for the online website and transcribed interviews.
