Hydroformulation and Ethoxylation Process Engineer• Implemented a change in product branching (C10IO) leading to an annual margin increase of 2.3 million dollars.• Enabled the alcohol unit to start up three days ahead of schedule, by working with outside contractors and the Shell team to coordinate critical path activities as the K2 Turnaround process engineering night lead. • Led an open-bleed wireless monitoring initiative to lower the occurrence of LOPC’s due to a left-open bleed by 40%. Upon installation and success, this initiative was copied, using our process, by regional sites.Logistics Process Engineer• Produced a 100% reduction in EO load rack liquid-in-vent IPF trips through troubleshooting and implementing a no-cost solution.• Worked with a cross-functional team to track and analyze water data for Afton 14/24 cars and presented possible solutions for this 7-year issue. • Doubled membership in one year and raised over 3,300 dollars to donate to the Ascension Parish School Supply Drive as the 2018 LAWAVE (Louisiana Women Adding Value Everywhere) site lead.
