The CME Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and fulfilling the needs and requirements of the CME program. This includes, but is not limited to, managing catering, room set-up, reservation, audio/visual, exhibitor/vendors, and pharmaceutical representatives, developing and designing all promotional materials and certificates, contacting and scheduling speakers to complete necessary paperwork, travel arrangements, and presentations, and communicating effectively with program planners and speakers as needed. Other responsibilities include research and assistance with special projects, coordinating committee meetings, preparing materials for committee meetings, maintaining database records for accreditation bodies such as TMA, and drafting reports for the financial budget.
