My job consists of writting customer pay estimates to repair their damaged vehicles. Working with Insurance companies to maintain number one spot to repair their customer's vehicles. Making sure all proper paper work is filled out by customer to authorize repairs, and get pictures and assess the damage with customer. I also took and processed payments from customers and the insurance companies. Ordered parts once damages have been assessed and assigned to a body tech to do the repairs.

I greet every customer that comes into the service deptartment, and find out what their needs are. I perform a walk around with the customer to insure we are seeing what other services the vehicle may need while in the shop. I also handle all the incoming calls and schedule all of the appointments. Once the appointment has arived I hand the work over to one of the technicians.
