CurrentCollaborate with clinical Care Managers to connect high utilization members to wraparound services to address the social determinants of health needs.Refer Molina member’s to peer and family support services when facing behavioral health concerns for themselves or a family member.Offer technical assistance to behavioral health providers, including billing inquiries, transportation concerns and contract compliance.Conduct site visits with both contracted and non-contracted providers to establish relationships, assist with audits and become familiar with their services.Led Molina’s efforts to obtain and maintain a Trauma Informed Organization certification.Routinely review and update internal policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and compliance with managed care organization contract requirements.Connect healthcare providers to one another and community partners to create synergies and enhance capacity building.Serve as a subject matter expert in harm reduction, ensuring a voice for people who use drugs.Intentional Peer Support certified as of November 2023.
