As a glider pilot instructor, I am responsible for the fundamental instruction of students in topics spanning all of aviation including the theory of flight, meteorology, law, and safety/human factors. A large portion of my duties is to provide in-air instruction to ab initio students and to further enhance the skill sets of experienced pilots through.
