Worked in the pastry department of a hotel resort. Preparing and delivering desserts to 4 restaurants on-site restaurants and one off-site. I worked on the line plating desserts and appetizers for the steak house off-site. Abiding by food safety regulations and allergy protocols. I prepared breakfast pastries for a buffet and catering orders. Managed and prepared catering desserts for about 600 guests a week.

I started my time at Target as a Guest Advocate assisting guests in checking out and returns. Organized and kept track of curbside pick-up orders while under time constraints. Then cross-training into the fulfillment department. In this role, I learned how to pick, prep, and pack guest orders for shipping or curbside pick-ups. At the same time, meeting productivity and metric goals. Finally, I was trained as a Human Resources Expert. In this role, I learned how to oversee a store of 300 team members. Overseeing reports, training, recruiting, and hiring. Oriented ten new team members a day and oversaw hiring paperwork and procedures. Collaborated with team leaders on store scheduling and pivoted into a different position if it was in the best interest of the guest.
