This experience (remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic) allowed me to expand my Excel skills, showed me the powerful impact of global collaboration, and taught me about what happens after product manufacturing, which was a fantastic way to wrap up my co-op experience with DuPont. During this experience, I was heavily involved in the data migration for our acquisition companies as well as the daily cleanup of the data in our sales tools to maintain data health for our users (ultimately encouraging user adoption of the tool and sales profits). I also helped brainstorm ideas to improve user experience while using the tool, such as implementing in-app prompts and guided-selling captions (these developments were based on user feedback).

This research and development role involved creative thinking in a collaborative environment to design life-saving products. My main projects included standardizing and training our operators on a manual film-casting process as well as analyzing intermediate products to predict how our products would perform downstream.
