When I get into a job, I like to learn as much as I possibly can, that way I am able to make sure to be precise and detail-oriented. I strive to build my reputation at a workplace by utilize my strengths to do my best in a position and ensuring I communicate with my teammates.In September of 2020 I completed the CliftonStrengths assessment, the assessment showed me my strengths are restorative, achiever, competition, strategic and, adaptability. I am now able to utilize my top five strengths to strive to be my best in a work place. I enjoy setting goals for my self, that way I can compete with myself to achieve these goals. I have the ability to adapt when there are sudden changes. I also use my strategic thinking strength to quickly generate these different pathways to determine how to proceed in a situation based on any relevant patterns or problems that have been spotted. I utilize my restorative strength to better myself by making corrections and changes to improve my performance in a workplace. I can utilize my restorative strength to guide those around me by giving them advice and suggestions as well. When I begin to get a firm grasp on a job, I am able to better understand my role in the job and find the areas where I can better improve. I enjoy using my positive, upbeat personality to make the workplace a pleasant place to be, not only for myself but those around me as well. It’s nice to keep a fun atmosphere. I bring my high energy and positive attitude with me in my day-to-day life. I take pride in being able to create a positive workplace as well as meet my goals to be my best in a workplace.
