I am trained in Exercise and Sport Science with the addition of a Sport Nutrition Health coaching certification. Throughout my undergraduate experience, I worked within the student recreational center as a fitness monitor, group instructor and wellness coach. I also served as an anatomy teacher's assistant and childcare provider. All of which have contributed to my ability to teach and serve others. I am currently enrolled in the Georgia State DPT program and will become an accredited Physical Therapist after successfully graduating and passing the board's exam in 2024. Outside of school, I participate in social events, personal care, and church engagements. I build my passion for service by consistently serving those closest to me and taking opportunities to serve within my community. Community engagement and interaction are key in my personal and professional life.
