Developed a comprehensive production plan to deliver actionable targets, ensuring the protection of the Homeland and force projection capabilities. Provided invaluable targeting subject matter expertise which resulted in J3 validation of 230 targets, armed the Combatant Commander with scalable effects, and bolstered Homeland Defense. Significantly reduced the Command's reliance on external support by securing $1.9M funding for Total Force manpower over a span of 3 years. Established 9 reservist positions and created an additional Active Duty position, resulting in a 39% increase in manpower. Developed NORTHCOM's first strategic targeting guidance, authoring 223 objectives, effects, and tasks. Fostered Global Integration across 4 Geographic Combatant Commands, enabling de-confliction and synchronization of operations. Led the successful execution of the Command's first Time Sensitive Target (TST), investing over 80 hours in research and meticulously overseeing IC vetting. Approved target facilitated current operations, ensuring mission success. Delivered comprehensive briefings on the target development process to the J2, J3 & CCDR, assuming the role of Chair for the working group as the lead for targets.

 Managed manpower and mission requirements of a 170-member squadron, ensuring optimal operational effectiveness. Introduced the first-ever data-driven production model to support targeting efforts across three Combatant Commands, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.  Led the squadron's road to war response, executing POTUS-directed crisis response operations and delivering long-range engagement options to CENTCOM, bolstering Flexible Response Options planning.

 Managed the Air Force Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) Program, overseeing 1.2k analysts and advocated for AF interests at Joint Staff. Secured a $380k contract and two billets, significantly advancing the AF's CDE program capabilities. Qualified 85 joint analysts through effective leadership and training initiatives. Delivered the first joint CDE training and qualification program to the Air Education and Training Command (AETC), becoming the only service to qualify analysts in an initial speciality qualification course. Resulted in substantial cost savings of $1.2M in TDY funding for FY19. Led the creation of the Air Force CDE certification course, overseeing a six-month project through five evolutions. Successfully fielded the first-ever service specific certification within the DoD. Rescued AF-level program, preventing mission failure despite an 80% turnover in manning. Demonstrated exceptional leadership and adaptability in maintaining program continuity.

Built an Innovation Team from the ground up, securing non-standard funds appropriations ($220K) and integrating AF Coders (3D0X4) into the squadron. Achieved a significant milestone by establishing the first-ever Initial Operational Capability (IOC) Classified DevOps at an Air Force Intelligence Squadron. Planned & executed inter-agency project that enabled commercial internet access in a TS SCIF. This enabled the team to conduct scripting/programming in an unclassified environment and quickly push those into secure environment using AWS Cloud Foundry. Led the Commander's Action Team for Innovation, spearheading agile solution development for a team of 137 Airmen. Oversaw the research, development, and beta testing of cutting-edge all-source analytical methods using ML and other emerging technologies. Designed the Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the Bomb Hit Analysis Tool which fused near real time data with automated parameterization to give a predictive Combat Assessment call using a Bayesian model. Program fielded on SIPR and received sustainment funding by Air Combat Command (ACC).Led multiple SCRUMs with a civilian company to successfully field alpha build programs in a classified environment. This resulted in development & funding of a JWICS COGNOS toolset (Analyst Shotgun) for analyst to compile and analyze finished intelligence form numerous sources which drastically reduced the time required for Target Development. Enabled creation of Project UMAMI, an automated BDA tool that compiles all available intelligence in order to streamline the process and enable an analyst to drastically reduce the amount of time need to make operational combat assessments.Secured a formal bi-lateral agreement to receive training and support from the University of Nebraska Omaha, Data Science Department.Provided Senior Analyst Expertise to multiple design sprints withy AF Kessel Run and AFRL AFWERX.

 Led a 20 member team through multiple named operations, providing direct augmentation to Joint Special Operations Command and executing over 600 combat missions against IS & AS. Developed products utilized by senior decision makers, including the POTUS and SECDEF, to shape national policy in three countries.  Collaborated with the OPIR PMO for the first pre-planned collection to support Battle Damage Assessment, leveraging emergent technology. Implemented the first automated process for updating 54 No-Strike Lists, adding 40k facilities and ensuring accurate targeting information. Managed communication and tasking between COCOM, four components, and Task Force, overseeing all target development activities within USAFRICOM AOR. Leveraged target expertise to fulfill J22 Request for Information (RFI), triggering HQ notification of Islamic State presence in Somalia, redirecting focus, and ensuring effective future operations. Coined by DNI. Directed theater kinetic operations, synchronized operations between Task Force, AOC, and field teams, driving quick-turn target development, directing post-strike efforts to enhance productivity and operational capabilities which reduced reducing engagement decision time by 50%.  Led a new targeting software project, conducting field testing for the intelligence community and becoming the first organization in the DoD to operationalize technology, resulting in annual savings of over $220K.  Championed two IT initiative projects, securing $728K for system upgrades, revolutionizing workflow, and boosting production capabilities by 33%.

 Provided effective supervision and guidance for MPC/CIC operations, leading a team of 6 Airmen and overseeing the production of 300 daily intelligence products and 302 Joint Tactical Air Request (JTAR) submissions. This resulted in the delivery of vital air support to over 200 OEF units. Delivered high-quality and time-sensitive briefings to the deployed wing commander, staff, and pilots, ensuring the provision of accurate and relevant information during critical wartime situations. Participated in a SOF contingency exercise, contributing 175 products in a split operations environment to support an air campaign, showcasing adaptability and playing a vital role in mission success. Led and augmented two Republic of Korea (ROK) exercises, serving as the Combat Assessment liaison for a total of 108 hours. Through these efforts, significantly enhanced joint US/ROK warfighting capabilities, further strengthening collaborative operations. Completed an extensive 960-hour training program in comprehensive imagery analysis, acquiring proficiency in conducting analysis across tactical, operational, and national levels. Additionally, successfully completed 200 hours of specialized intelligence support training, achieving qualification to provide effective support for A-10 combat operations. Recognized as the AETC Commander's Top Graduate Award recipient upon graduating from the Geospatial Targeting Apprentice Course with a 96% GPA. Authored the base's Force Protection Intelligence Annex, which successfully safeguarded 26 facilities and protected the well-being of 2,000 personnel.

 Established a military Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) program from the ground up, securing $30K in funding, which represented 15% of the unit's operating and maintenance budget. Provided vital training to a team of 116 personnel, delivering 312 hours of instruction. Prepared team members to effectively protect 2K US citizens and safeguard assets valued at $2 billion. Organized and executed a comprehensive training initiative endorsed by the Air Base Wing. Facilitated 77 hours of training across 16 training days, successfully training over 400 personnel. Pioneered the creation of the installation's inaugural augmentee and integrated defense programs, significantly enhancing overall operational capabilities.

 Trained and equipped Iraqi Police Emergency Response Unit and local Iraqi Army Units, enhancing their capabilities and readiness for emergency response and combat operations. Led a fire team on 300 combat missions, conducting combined patrols alongside the Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) throughout Baghdad.  Conducted HUMINT collection, sensitive site exploitation, and DOMEX operations, gathering valuable intelligence to support mission objectives. Successfully completed the rigorous Sniper course, surpassing a 50% washout rate and significantly enhancing unit capabilities. Provided personal security for the IP District Commander during the first Iraqi-led elections, earning recognition from MND-B Commander. Played a pivotal role in securing $3M for the opening of the Arab Jabour IP station, mentoring IPs on effective security operations and mitigating the Al Qaida in Iraq threat.
