• Work with a lead interior designer and assist in client relationships. • Schedule appointments for initial measurements of kitchen and bathroom projects to put together an estimate. • Using 2020 draw the existing space and proposed space. Run a cost report and create cabinetry estimate. • Send proposed drawing to countertop supplier for proposed granite estimate. • Schedule and keep in contact with client for initial meeting to go over proposed plans. • Collect design fees if client is moving forward with the project. • Work with the client in selecting cabinetry door style, wood species, color, wood, inset or overlay doors, backsplash tile, etc. • Schedule the subcontractors to go out and provide estimates for entire project. • Assist in scheduling the job.

• Work with an architectural firm on large renovations and create kitchen and bathroom designs.• Draw floor plans and three-dimensional renderings in Chief Architect for client review.• Complete dimensioned elevations and renderings of kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities and put on layout drawings/sheets to send back to architect. • Fix redlines from architect and complete plans and kitchen designs to meet the needs to clients and architect. • Sending the drawings to the custom cabinetry makers to create and build for the job.

• Creative assistant in helping with children ranging in ages from 1.5 – 10 years in fun creative craft projects during the school day or during vacation days for a more structured learning environment. • Everyday duties consist of, activities, monitoring (naps, play groups, nursery rhymes, etc.) organizing the classroom and being a team player.

• Work with clients on new-designs or redesigns. • Work closely with kitchen and bathroom renovations. • Furniture and finishing selections with clients.• Helping with selection of cabinetry, color, wood species, door style, etc. • Creating plans in 2020 and running cost reports. • Working with Revit, SketchUp, 2020 and AutoCad to create renderings, elevations, sections for visual purposes for the client, as well as the contractors. • Creating specification packages for the contractors with drawings, dimensions, specification sheets on products, etc.
