As the Client Success Manager Team Lead, at TMA Systems, I am responsible for leading the Client Success Management Team and play an active role as a designated Client Success Manager for clients that have Premium Support Packages by offering high levels of support, dedicated time for training, and other services.During my time at TMA I have focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships by proactively looking out for clients’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.
