Current• Responsible for leading the Client Success Management Team.• Active role as a designated Client Success Manager for clients that have Premium Support Packages by offering high levels of support, dedicated time for training, and other services.• Focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships by proactively looking out for clients’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.• Work to understand and advocate for a customer’s wants and needs, build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure trust over time, and assist with any concerns that may arise.
