I have worked in retail for over 7 year and have learnt lots of different skills in this time. McColls was where I first learnt about hard work. Here I done every part of the job from simply restocking shelf's and putting away deliverys to management stuff like rotas and safe checks/banking. Dixon's was a lot more sales focused so I learnt a lot more about talking with customers and finding out what they need instead of just what they want. I also helped out a lot with customer service issues and was part of the team to start the new shop live service so customers can chat to us without having to come into store.
