Designed, built-out, and managed upper scale specialty coffee shop for Rhino Media Productions of Kalamazoo, MI. Renovated historic store front to accommodate 1,000 square foot retail cafe space. Managed contractors, City Officials, and Health Department relationships.Upon opening the business I successfully trained a staff of 9 baristas to industry standards, implemented a creative food program, and ran an event series for local musician performances after hours.

Designed, built-out, and managed start up coffee shop inside of historic warehouse building in the Edison Neighborhood of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Managed project with city officials, health department, and contractors in order to fulfill time and budget requirements.
