Began shortly after Rep. Delaney’s 2013 swearing in. Responsible for setting up office systems for incoming mail, interns, and office supplies, processing flag and tour requests, and other admin duties.

Directed a field program which covered 50% of the electorate for a campaign in a D+2 district, overseeing a leadership corps of volunteers, interns, and one paid staff. Mobilized and coordinated over 700 volunteer supporters to work 15,000+ hours. Managed a full-time team of over 20 interns.
