TIIP helps institutional investors understand the big picture, or “systems-level,” context of their portfolio-level decisions. This is important because “systems-level” events, such as economic crises, ecosystems under stress, and societies in turmoil can disrupt the best-laid plans of investors and cost them dearly. Even seemingly “local” issues are now having much greater impact than they once did as the world becomes increasingly interconnected. TIIP helps investors see the important connection between portfolio-level decisions and larger systems, which is critical to improving the conditions that ultimately influence competitive returns. As well, we show our clients how to act effectively to impact systems so as to minimize the risks and maximize the rewards of their investments. More here: http://tiiproject.com

Program Coordinator
As Program Coordinator at Glen Bernard Camp, I work closely with the Camp Director, Associate Director Advancement and the Associate Director Development. The most significant aspect of my job is managing the day-to-day logistics of the camp and staff. This includes planning activities for approximately 150 campers as well as staffing our 92 staff on these activities. On a larger scale, I am responsible for selecting and scheduling the variety of programs offered to the campers over the course of their stay at Glen Bernard, and during our pre-camp phase, the programing for visiting school groups. As well during pre-camp, I plan and lead workshops for staff training. These topics cover all areas from staff protocol to difficult management conversations. Another dimension of the Program Coordinator position is the Staff Development side. I act as an unbiased and non-judgmental body for the staff to express any concerns or problems and assist in mitigating these issues.
