My love for “everything media” began when I was young and curious. Often I would go to work with my dad. He owned and operated his own audio production company and several recording studios. At the young age of 5 I was introduced to voice over with the help of my father who is also a voice actor. I had a raspy voice with a lot of personality and producers loved it. I was booked to do VO for radio spots mostly and I think that was what sparked my interest in the media industry. I was intrigued watching my father splice and dice audio tape to create a radio spot on reel-to-reel. My next adventure was modeling for a local talent agency where I did runway modeling and manikin modeling. As I got older I worked for my father in the summer duplicating audio cassettes for clients. Who knew we would abandon analog for digital. I became “THEE duplicator” of all duplicators perfecting the process to attach each label perfectly. I also attended theatrical summer camps to improve my acting skills. Years later I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The University of Phoenix. That experience became the solid foundation necessary to run the company I own today, VoicesNow. My father always told me to do something I loved and I would never work a day in my life, he was right. Now I spend my days doing what I love. Running an amazing full service audio production company and voice over talent agency that also specializes in translation, subtitling and localization.
