Corporate Recruiter
Current- Partner with management and supervisory staff to identify staffing needs
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews to meet specified team goal minimum
- Conduct and create monthly candidate searches and email campaigns to meet specified team goal minimum
- Develop creative advertising approach that appeals to the most qualified candidates
- Use a variety of resources to identify and attract quality candidates to include career fairs, on-line job fairs, internship programs, community network events, and other recruiting opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure proper background screening and timely onboarding for new recruits
