As a Business Development Intern for CEB’s Large Enterprise Sales team, I directly supported a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Associates to drive overall commercial outcomes for CEB’s flagship program, the Corporate Leadership Council. Key responsibilities included:-Sourced and verified 700 prospects for prioritized, high-converting CEB HR opportunities, finishing with a prospect occupancy rate of 89% -Investigated macroeconomic trends impacting CEB HR’s 5 most-represented industries to create a handbook (including phone scripting and email templates) for 8 Business Development Associates, to drive sales interaction scheduling-Created custom outreach for F500 executives based on in-depth company analysis-Partnered with CEB’s Recruiting team to market CEB’s employment brand through various multimedia channels

- Summer intern with Creative Office Pavilion, the largest Herman Miller office furnishings dealership in the world. Responsibilities included working with the K-12 education team, assisting with "RFP's" (Requests for Proposals), developing bid response packets utilizing excel, and communicating with over 100 different manufacturers to assist in product orders. - Worked alongside Director of New Business Development researching start up and growth companies. Determined key decision makers and made initial contact through both email and phone. Provided “initial benefit statement” to try and solicit introductory meetings for COP’s sales staff.- Supported Sales team by sending out informational packets to existing and prospective clientele. Packets included product brochures, samples and pricing proposals. Also, worked alongside COP’s Design Department to do “take offs” of submitted architectural plans. Reading Auto Cad floor plans to determine quantities of specific products to be ordered.- Supported COP’s K-12 Educational Team by providing pricing research and response to multiple RFP’s for new schools being built. Also, went on site to help manage and direct the installation of the products sold to the schools at the completion of construction.
