Lead Product Success Manager
Current- Drive customer retention and business expansion by ensuring that each customer derives the most value possible from the platform.- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and articulate customers' requirements, as well as translate the same into an end-to-end solution to business challenges.- Match customer needs to specific Sprinklr use cases, product features, benefits, and value propositions.- Accelerate customer contract consumption, product adoption, and revenue generation through up-/cross-selling.- Serve as the day-to-day contact for brand stakeholders, agency representatives, and system administrators.- Contribute insights that support world's leading brands and their agencies in building seamless social media campaigns and process-flows mapped to their business needs.- Pinpoint platform gaps and optimization opportunities; configure the appropriate solutions to ensure the fulfillment of client expectations regarding platform use-cases and functionalities.- Capitalize upon opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and select suitable entities who could potentially benefit from utilizing AI to drive greater ROI.- Cultivate senior-level relationships with a focus on trust; develop client champions and identify key stakeholders.- Identify development areas for product improvement and partner with product managers and engineering to integrate necessary corrective actions.- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the native channel's products package.-Provide oversight and mentoring to Ads Managed Services team, communication of employee performance, risks and issues with utilization.-Manage the effort to implement standards and process across the Ads Managed Services team.
