-Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy with a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed model for children and adolescents (aged 12-17)-Complete psychosocial assessments and psychosocial issues impacting patients and their families during acute crisis-Work with unit team and outside agencies to address resources and create a comprehensive aftercare plan to best support the client-Provide caregivers and families support in crisis and emergency patient situations through encouragement with compassionate, empathetic and active listening

-Complete intake and psycho-social assessments for an average of 4 clients weekly-Participate in interdisciplinary clinical team activities on a regular basis-Advocate for needed services and support on behalf of the patient and the family-Organize clinical documentation, treatment plans, and referrals to various community resource programs-Document case notes daily and coordinate follow-up services for seamless case management-Arrange community services for patients being discharged home

-Create and facilitate weekly social skills group sessions to promote coping skills, emotional processing, and verbal expression to encourage students to meet their social-emotional goals which include building connections-Provide weekly individual counseling sessions for adolescents with internalized mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder ages 14-19 using person-centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and motivational interviewing-Observe Individualized Education Program annual review meetings and assist in goal setting for the upcoming school year, goals include: attending school more regularly and being able to identify emotions-Ensured accurate weekly case notes which included progress in meeting the students social-emotional goals
