I was an intern for the Bureau of Capital Projects, Park Planning and Construction in the Department of Recreation and Parks. I was tasked with researching new technologies to implement in parks, documenting existing office and historic buildings, designing schematic layouts of office renovations, and conducting an accessibility study on older parks. I also spent a few weeks working at the Bureau of Facilities reviewing construction drawings, attending construction meetings, and documenting existing facilities.

I worked as an intern in the Department of Planning and Zoning. I was tasked with digitizing the Ellicott City Historic Guidelines using Adobe InDesign. I also researched local architectural styles and helped document historic structures.
