The work included upgrades to the HVAC system (including an new AHU) and installation of chemical cleaning assemblies. Process equipment rooms were fit-out with hygiene wall panels and air locks (both temporary and permanent). Project Mårten, Jordbro, Sweden New construction of a 100k sq. feet manufacturing facility for the processing and packaging of meat based food products. Exterior construction includes 60k sq. feet of metal plated sandwich panels, 11 loading docks, and 20k sq. feet of solar panels. Level 1 of the facility include 3000 linear feet of hygiene, insulated wall panels and 90k sq. feet of hygiene, insulated ceiling panels. Rooms on level 1 are climate controlled to low/freezing temperatures through the means of individual fan coils that are fed from a chilled water system on Level 2. Level 2 also includes office spaces, changing facilities, and cafeteria space.
