Northeastern Rebecca Sherbo Lab (140 The Fenway Boston, MA)September 2023 - April 2024The Rebecca Sherbo lab renovation is located on the 3rd Floor of the historic 140 The Fenway building. The work includes complete demolition of interior walls, ceilings, floors and MEPS and coordination with the owner for asbestos abatement. New work includes installed of new overhead MEPS (HVAC and lab gases) and new equipment (5 fume hoods, venturi valves, VAVs, rooftop EAHU, Warm Room, Cold Room, and tissue culture rooms). Work is conducted in an active lab building with no disruptions to adjacent user groups.Northeastern ISEC Backfill (805 Columbus Ave Boston, MA)February 2024 - August 2024ISEC Backfill project includes repurposing and renovating 15 lab support rooms and fitting out 3,500 SF of open lab space throughout 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor on Northeastern’s Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex (ISEC) Building. The work includes the installation of lab benches and MEP improvements. Northeastern Robinson Hall (336 Huntington Ave Boston, MA) May 2024 - September 2024"Summer Slammer" renovation of the Robinson Hall academic building on Northeastern's campus. The 5-story building received an HVAC renovation including the installation of 100+ VAVs, 20 CUH's, and a new rooftop ERU. The project included replacement of ceilings, new paint, and flooring upgrades. The fire alarm and fire protection systems were upgraded throughout the building. Additionally a 1,000 SF dance studio and two 1,000 SF classrooms were completed during the project.

Belmont Middle and High School Belmont, MANovember 2022 - April 2023Managed Phase 1 punchlist items at Belmont High School and set-up Phase 2 punchlist process at Belmont Middle School. Worked closely with the Belmont Facilities Manager, School Principals, and Design Team to plan work, manage expectations, and provide a safety and security to the school/students during the construction.Northeastern ISEC 6th Floor - Center for Cognitive and Brain HealthJune 2023 - February 2024The expansion of the Cognitive Brain Health program on the 6th Floor of Northeastern’s Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex (ISEC) Building includes 5,500 SF of renovations over a 16,000 SF existing and active office / researching facility. Work includes the demolition of existing office and meeting spaces. New work includes the build out of 3 RF-shielded testing labs and interior improvements to 7 other testing labs. Electrical and mechanical improvements will be made throughout the 6th floor. The work also includes modifications of existing offices and research rooms including the installation of sound masking, window treatment updates, privacy film and door improvements. Work will take place in 2 Phases; Phase 1 will include a majority of the major demo and new build and Phase 2 includes small modifications to existing spaces.

International assignment for Skanska's Stretch Program in Stockholm, Sweden. Areas of interest include cost management and finance, schedule management, and contract management. Focus objectives include a better understanding of project management and collecting best practices from Swedish construction as it relates to project management, production, and safety.AstraZeneca Xigduo IR Expansion, Södertälje, Sweden Replacement of process equipment to allow for production expansion of AstraZeneca Xigduo Type 2 Diabetes medication. While working within a existing and fully functional pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, the scope included the decommissioning and removal of an existing Closed Cycle Mixer and Tablet Coater machine and the installation and commissioning of newer, larger replacement equipment. The work included upgrades to the HVAC system (including an new AHU) and installation of chemical cleaning assemblies. Process equipment rooms were fit-out with hygiene wall panels and air locks (both temporary and permanent). Project Mårten, Jordbro, Sweden New construction of a 100k sq. feet manufacturing facility for the processing and packaging of meat based food products. Exterior construction includes 60k sq. feet of metal plated sandwich panels, 11 loading docks, and 20k sq. feet of solar panels. Level 1 of the facility include 3000 linear feet of hygiene, insulated wall panels and 90k sq. feet of hygiene, insulated ceiling panels. Rooms on level 1 are climate controlled to low/freezing temperatures through the means of individual fan coils that are fed from a chilled water system on Level 2. Level 2 also includes office spaces, changing facilities, and cafeteria space.

Metropolitan Museum of Art ABC Skylight Replacement New York, NYSuperintendent January 2021 - September 2021Reconstruction of the historic skylights above Wings A, B, and C of the Museum. - these three wings are the oldest portions of the Museum, built in 1880, 1888, and 1894, respectively. The existing skylights – which span approximately 30,000 square feet and provide natural day light to the Museum’s second floor galleries – were installed nearly a century ago between 1939 and 1940. Renovation to the existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems located in the Museum’s attic, bringing the total scope of Skanska’s work to 60,000 square feet. The MEP systems, which were installed in 1964, will be replaced with new, technologically advanced equipment and relocated away from active exhibit spaces. Regeneron Office Renovations Sleepy Hollow, NYSuperintendent July 2020 - January 2021$25 million renovation involves waterproofing of underground mechanical spaces, exteriorwindow replacements, re-finishing of the building's exterior metal panels, interior fitout of theDNA Learning Center, and the construction of a new entry plaza. Landscaping is also part of theproject scope.LaGuardia Airport Expansion - Pedestrian Bridge B Queens, NYLead Superintendent - May 2019 - June 202020,000 SF enclosed pedestrian bridge spanning 400 feet unsupported, between the new TerminalB Head House and new Concourse B terminals. The bridge is elevated 65’ above ground elevationwhich allows aircrafts to freely taxi under the bridge between gates. The exterior includes 18,000SF of curtain wall glass and 40,000SF of metal panels. On the interior, the bridgeincludes 2 moving walkways, 3 elevators, and 4 escalators, as well as 25’ ceilings and GFRG trussencasements. Electrical feeders, mechanical mains, and fire water supply run above the ceiling ofthe main floor of the bridge to supply utilities to the new concourse from the central utility building.

Cooling Tower and Pile Driving)VDC Manager January 2017 - June 2017Assistant Superintendent April 2017 - April 2019 New 65,000-SF critical infrastructure facility that supplies hot water for heating systems and chilledwater for cooling, ventilation and air conditioning systems for the new 1.3 million-SF CentralTerminal Building (CTB) at LaGuardia Airport. The CHRP includes three 2,000-ton chillers, three800-BHP boilers and six 1,000-ton cooling towers. Systems within the CHRP service six emergencygenerators, nine electrical substations and two Main Distribution Frame (MDF) rooms locatedwithin the CHRP and around the CTB. The CHRP includes a complex Building ManagementSystem that monitors the entire CTB. The building features utility service rooms, fuel oil tanks,infrastructure control equipment, a hydraulic service elevator, loading dock, onsite parking foremployees, administrative offices, conference and plan rooms, employee locker facilities and ashop area. The four-story building is a steel structure with concrete deck built upon a 209-pilefoundation. The building sits above the 100-year floodplain.
