-Manage 4-5 employees per shift-Provide customers with support over the telephone and in person-Aide customers at the pump when a problem would occur-Aide customers with our Fuelperks program and inform them how it works-Oversee that employees are doing their work correctly and timely-Ohio lottery provider-Count each cash drawer and ensure all finances are balanced-Manage and work in the kitchen-Prepare all kitchen orders in a clean, mess free environment-Followed all OHSA standards and passed 3 inspections in 3 months

-Manage 20-30 employees per shift-Provide customers with support over the telephone and in person-Aide customers with returns and exchanges-Oversee that employees are doing their work correctly and timely-Perform Western Union transaction-Handle large cash and credit card transactions totaling over $10,000-Ohio lottery provider-Count each cash drawer and ensure that finances are balanced-Make cash deposits at the bank-Ensure each shift is well staffed-Stock shelves, unload trucks, sign off on vendor drop-offs-Meet with potential new vendors to decide if our store and cliental is right for their product-Specifically for the year 2020: Making sure all customers and staff were following all local and state regulations regarding, mask mandates, hand washing, proper sanitization, buying limited quantities of specific items

-Assisted in creating a structure for our specific social media accounts, starting from scratch and creating a plan to build a following-Over see the schedule of two separate social media accounts for the college-Plan and execute strategic posts for certain events and holidays-Work with a graphic designer and come up with ideas together

-Answer phone calls from students, staff and other faculty-Retrieve and deliver time sensitive mail-Check in all mail and ensure it is properly received-File important documents correctly and efficiently-Work closely with other students who need assistance scheduling classes, contacting their professor and provide moral support-Help set up and take down activities and information for penguin preview day-Assist in marketing by mailing information in mass quantities-Have a sense of privacy and confidentiality when assisting peers in grade changes, drop outs, etc.
