Work on Genesys Cloud's Saas Platform which offers a comprehensive suite of solutions consisting of self-service IVRs (multi-channel: voice, email, & chat), outbound campaigns, virtual call centers (VCC) with inbound IVR, Salesforce CTI integrations, Zendesk CTI integrations, NetSuite CTI integrations, and softphones.Role is to develop/deliver IVRs and support post launch optimizations. Function as the primary point of contact for clients, help define client requirements, manage client communications, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver projects within scope and on schedule. Key accounts: Best Buy, SGI, Splunk, & WrightfloodResponsibilities include: - Managing client communications- Defining project timelines- Manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity- Project management of mid-size projects- Handling individual projects; working on bigger projects with a team consisting of developers, integration consultants, user experience experts, and QA Engineers.- Requirement gathering- Architect and develop IVR solutions for customers- Designing call flows, keeping client needs in view and also providing best practice advice on user experience- Understand and document client business and technical requirements for: IVR capabilities, integration with 3rd party systems (in particular CRM systems), custom reporting requirements- Ability to prioritize issues effectively and meet tight deadlines when required- Work with Project Teams to meet customer requirements and keep project on schedule- Address critical project issues in a timely manner- Solution development- Functional and User Acceptance Testing- Training the client on Genesys Cloud's product suite.
