Current- Redesigned and modernized the Talent Management program including Year-End Performance Reviews, Performance & Development Planning, Talent Assessments, and Succession Planning.- Partnered with business stakeholders to align on learning technology, streamlined the back-end and front-end processes to improve ROI and enhance the learner experience, and created new marketing strategies to drive user engagement. - Collaborated with various departments to conceptualize and implement impactful training initiatives, spanning Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Technology, and Vendor training.- Successfully navigated audits and compliance requirements, ensuring the Learning and Talent programs, platforms, and processes seamlessly met regulatory standards.- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees and leaders across the organization to improve or enhance their individual and team performance.
