In 2021, I transitioned into the retail POS and payment processing industry as an administrative specialist, where I gained valuable knowledge in Counterpoint, and different encryption types. My focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction led to my promotion to Operations Manager in 2023.With a degree in music business, I bring a creative, adaptable approach to solving problems and improving operations.
