I am all about creative out-of-the-box thinking. I enjoy a challenge and the ability to solve problems for people.Although I have training and years of experience in project management, event planning and quality assurance, my true area of expertise is written communications.I specialize in proposals to secure project monies, grants and bids. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to receive hands-on training and mentoring from professional fundraisers as well as Major Games organizers.I am very lucky to have gained experience in many diverse areas through my work at the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake. I have taken courses and kept up with trends, technologies and best practices in a wide variety of fields to complement my knowledge.A lifetime working with organizations of limited means has instilled in me a very hands-on DIY ethic.In 2015 I opened my own side business, Great Whyte Consulting, to help individuals, artists and small businesses with personal branding and professional documents. I chose to focus on my career more and closed in 2019.
